OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Four people are injured when an Omaha police cruiser and another vehicle collide in south Omaha.
Officer Joseph Hall was rushing to a call with lights and siren on when his cruiser and a Honda Accord crashed shortly after midnight Sunday.
The impact sent Hall's cruiser up against the wall of a nearby building and pushed the Accord onto the property of a nearby gas station.
Hall was released from a hospital after getting treated for a minor injury. Three people in the Accord were admitted to a hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.
Both vehicles sustained heavy front-end damage.
The cause of the crash is being investigated, but police say alcohol was not a factor.
