Nebraska-Kearney's Dring, Morris get RMAC honors

KEARNEY, Neb. (AP) - University of Nebraska at Kearney running back Rustin Dring is the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference's offensive player of the year and Lopers coach Darrell Morris the coach of the year.

Other UNK players joining Dring on the all-conference first-team announced Thursday are quarterback Jake Spitzlberger, wide receiver Kyle Kaiser, offensive linemen Jack Hiett, Orion Matthies and Kyle Davison, defensive linemen Mason Brodine and Josh Rohde and defensive backs Ozzie Smith, Mike Neal and Jake Mandelko.

Chadron State players on the first team are receiver Brandon Harrington, tight end Isaac Stockton, offensive lineman Ben Puffer, defensive lineman Cory Beran, linebacker Duke Eardley, kicker Travis Atter and punter Kevin Berg.
