CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - Police say a man is dead after falling 21 stories from a Cedar Rapids apartment building.

Lt. Kelly Fitzpatrick says officers responded to the Cedar River Tower at about 1:30 a.m. Monday following a report of the fall. The man's name hasn't been released.

Fitzpatrick says a death investigation is under way. No other details were immediately available.
