Quass tells Action 3 News there are more than 250 pieces of jewelry in Helzberg Diamonds under $100. Of course, there are also pieces like a two carat ring. The ring sells for $12,000. The store has something for every mom at every price.

"It's coming from the children or from the father of the children. What we've seen is women appreciate those gifts a ton because it comes from the heart."
