Omaha, NE - We now know it was an Omaha man who got hit and killed by a teenage driver last week near Oakland, Iowa. Pottawattamie County authorities say 26-year-old Mario Tomas was running along-side highway 59 when he veered into traffic and collapsed. The driver who hit him won't face any charges. An autopsy is underway to find out why Tomas collapsed.
