Omaha, NE - God is off the hook. A lawsuit filed against him is dismissed. The lawsuit was filed by former State Senator Ernie Chambers in 2007. Last October, a judge threw out the suit saying you can not serve legal papers on God. Now, an appeals court says they do not decide abstract, hypthetical or ficticious issues. Chambers says he is trying to show that anybody has the right to sue anybody.
