Omaha, NE - An Omaha school teacher is accused of having child porn.  Thomas Gellatly taught drama and speech at McMillan Magnet Center. 

An Omaha Public Schools spokesperson tells Action 3 News the district removed Gellatly from McMillan.  The Human Resources department is now starting the process of termination. 

Gellatly was arrested this morning.  He faces charges of receiving child porn and possession of child porn.  Investigators believe he had child pornography on his home computer, but not on his school computer. 

Gellatly worked part-time for OPS for the last couple of years.  He was just hired full-time this year.
