Omaha, NE - The Omaha teenager who left her baby in a hospital bathroom on Labor Day has pleaded guilty in juvenile court. Montana Sanwick returned to court Tuesday, seven weeks after an employee at Bergan Mercy Hospital found the hours-old baby. Judge Douglas Johnson says Sanwick is following the court orders. The baby, technically a ward of the state, lives with Montana and her parents.
The baby's father is also asking the court for visitation rights. He is also the father of Montana Sanwick's two-year-old daughter.
