Omaha, NE - We now know the name of the man who died, after falling from a high-rise building in Omaha.

31-year old Shane Niesen fell from the sixth floor of the Jackson Tower near 27th and Jackson on Friday afternoon.

Police got a call about a man hanging out of a window. When they arrived at the building they went up to the apartment where he was. Officers say they heard a disturbance inside, and when they entered the apartment, Niesen went out of the window.

Investigators are still trying to find out if he jumped, or fell out of the window.
