Action 3 News - Omaha, Nebraska News, Weather, and Sports | Crash Critically Hurts Boy on Bike

Omaha, NE - A crash between a bike and an SUV critically hurt a boy in Omaha on Thursday night.
It happened at 78th and Howard streets, just before 5:30 PM. Omaha Police say the SUV crossed an intersection, when the driver heard something hit his vehicle.
A 13-year old boy was on the bike that collided with the SUV. Paramedics took him to a hospital in critical condition, but police say it appears he will survive.
Investigators tell Action 3 News that speed and alcohol were not factors in the crash.
