Omaha, NE - Creighton vs. Kentucky. It's the challenge Creighton fans crave. So when the box office window opens, they line up. Annette Townley makes the last-minute stop looking for two tickets to the game. She gets what she wants and knows now is not the time to be picky.
Annette Townley: "Row N. Where is that? Way up. You'll take them at this point? We're taking them. We're taking them."
Annette's not alone. Tim Schmad decks out in blue and says Monday night's game is as good as it gets.
Tim Schmad: "We've always wanted to get some big-name schools here. They were forced to come here because of the tournament and if we win tonight holy smokes, what will happen with Notre Dame? But we've got to win tonight first."
But Tim reminds Action 3 News, blue also represents another team, Kentucky.
Tim Schmad: "I think what might surprise them maybe is little old Omaha, Nebraska on a Monday night selling out an arena like this. I think that might surprise them, but I don't think it's going to intimidate them."
